Shipping Policy for Laoban

At Laoban, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7–10 business days across India.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes. Any applicable COD fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and contact details are accurate to prevent delivery delays.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
